Taking a walk down bucolic Cuttalossa Road in Solebury Township during the morning snowfall provided a few moments of tranquility during this rushed time of year.

Like many former industrial sites in our region, the stillness of the Sycamores and the trickling creek on Cuttalossa Road belies what was once a bustling area, with the creek supplying water for nearby grist mills in the 1700-1800s.
Located minutes from downtown New Hope, but worlds away, Cuttalossa Road is a favorite spot for photographers and artists.
More information on this area can be found on the Solebury Township Historical Society’s website.
Happy Holidays and may the new year bring you peace and contentment!
