Ride the Bus to the Future! West Chester School District

Don’t miss your opportunity to tour West Chester School District this Friday!

West Chester School DistrictOne of the neat things about West Chester School District is its annual Bus to the Future. This gives the community the opportunity to see what’s going on in our schools.

This year’s tour is set for Friday November 22nd and a few seats are still available! The tour will consist of guided walking tours of  West Chester East High School, Fugett Middle School and East Goshen Elementary School. And what’s even better you will be chauffeured from school to school on a real school bus!

I attended last year’s event and it was a lot of fun. It started with breakfast and ended with lunch at Rustin High School in West Chester with a wrap-up by superintendent James Scanlon.  I saw some amazing children and their teachers demonstrate their knowledge in the arts, music, physics and more. The student tour guides were excellent.

If you are thinking about sending a child to West Chester School District or just want to have a greater understanding of the school system in your community, I highly recommend this tour.
