The market in Chester and Delaware counties is abuzz with buyers descending on new listings as soon as they hit the market. There just doesn’t seem to be enough to go around and homes are going under contract in days in certain areas and price points.

Buyers need to be more prepared than ever, with a pre-approval from a reputable lender and an experienced agent who understands the contracts.
